Apply for assistance through FEMA:
We anticipate that Hurricane Irene will be declared a federal disaster. If you have customers who do not have flood insurance coverage to respond to their losses, they may need to apply for assistance through the Federal Emergency Management Association. They may apply for this assistance at:http://www.fema.gov/assistance/index.shtm.
